One Time Pass Codes

In order to ensure that there is no unauthorized access to the Caseworker site, users are required to enter a One Time Pass Code (OTP) after logging in. This may also be referred to as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Each time you log in, you will be redirected to a new screen where you can enter this code:

At this time, a message will also be emailed to you with the subject 'One Time Pass Code'. This will contain the necessary MFA code.

Please be careful if copy/pasting this the OTP as it can often times pick up unwanted/unexpected extra characters. The safest method to ensure it is entered correctly is to manually type it into the One Time Pass Code field.

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes of entering your login credentials, please check spam/junk folders. If it is unable to be located there, please submit a ticket.
