A: Google Chrome and Chromium Edge are the preferred browsers for FastTrack's portal.
Q: How long will it take to get a One Time Pass Code?
A: It should only take a few moments to reach your inbox. If you do not receive the email within five minutes, please check your spam folder and ensure there are no inbox rules or firewall blocks affecting your messages.
Q: Why am I not able to see an update that was just made to my account?
A: Often times your browser will remember previous settings. It is recommended to log out of the portal, clear your cache/cookies, and log back in. Changes made should then appear.
Q: What is the file size limit for uploads?
A: Under most circumstances, individual files are capped at 50MB. If you need to upload larger files, please try to either compress the document or split it into individual parts.
