If you are having trouble logging in due to a forgotten username or password, you have the ability to receive/update these right from the Caseworker login screen. While both requests can be placed at any time, usernames and passwords must be requested separately.
Please note that this is only for existing accounts. These options are unable to be used to create new logins.
Forgot Username
Clicking 'Forgot Username' underneath the Login button will cause a text box to appear where you may add an email address:
After entering an email address and hitting the Request button, a message will be emailed to you with the subject 'Username'. This will contain the requested information.
Please use the work email address that was originally used when your account was created. If you use a personal email (or any work email different from the one associated with your account), you will not receive your username.
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes of requesting your Username, please check spam/junk folders. If it is unable to be located there, please submit a ticket to have your account investigated.
Forgot Password
Clicking 'Forgot Password' underneath the Login button will cause a text box to appear where you may add your Username:
After entering an email address and hitting the Reset button, a message will be emailed to you with the subject 'Password Reset'. This will contain a temporary password.
Please be careful if copy/pasting this this temporary password as it can often times pick up unwanted/unexpected extra characters. The safest method to ensure it is entered correctly is to manually type it in. This applies to both the login and the password reset screen. Additionally, clicking the 'Save' button (rather than hitting 'Enter' on your keyboard) for the latter screen will also avoid unintended keystrokes being added.
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes of requesting a password reset, please check spam/junk folders. If it is unable to be located there, please submit a ticket to have your account investigated.
