In some instances, your browser may have saved a version of Caseworker that conflicts with the current release. In these cases, it is best to clear your browser's cookies & cached images to allow for the updated version to be loaded.
A brief tutorial is provided below for both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Google Chrome
Navigate to the menu in the top right, hover over 'History' and then click 'History' in the menu that pops up (or simply press CTRL+H).
On the top left of the screen, select 'Delete Browsing Data'.
Select the items you would like to delete and then confirm. We recommend clearing at least cookies & cache, but removing other items may be useful as well.
Microsoft Edge
Navigate to the menu in the top right and then click 'History' in the menu that pops up (or simply press CTRL+H).
In the menu that appears, click the trash can.
